Kathy began working in the insurance industry in 1988 and became licensed in both Property Casualty and Life & Health in 1994, with personal lines being her main focus. She obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1996 and has been an agent with First Security Agency since March of 1998. Kathy lives in Sleepy Eye with her husband Cory and two children, Zachary and Paige. She is very involved within the community. Currently she is president of the Economic Development Authority and on the Board of Directors for Brown/West Nicollet American Red Cross. Kathy enjoys playing volleyball, watching baseball and football, and spending time with family and friends.
